Delivery And Refund Policy

A receipt of all the payments made on transpertpro.com will be sent to the registered email ID of the user within 24 hours of the payment.

Please write to us @ preeti@bitsmena.com (Global and UAE users) or projects@bitsindia.co.in (India users) if you do not receive the payment receipt within 24 hours of your payment being debited from your card/account.

Please note that transpertpro.com does not offer any refunds. Once you purchase our service and make the payment, we offer you the service purchased by you. We do not process any refunds after the service is purchased.

There is no cancellation policy on transpertpro.com. Once a user subscribes to a plan/service and makes the payment, the same is non-cancellable.

 

All the translations are delivered in the same document format/mode in which the request was made for translation.
